Everest 10x42s are well engineered, compact roof prism binoculars. The 10X magnification and non-slip armouring with thumb holes ensures stable, fatigue-free observing. The large 42mm lens aperture means the binoculars provide brilliant images even in twilight, and for a whole range of other types of observing. The type of construction used also means it is possible to focus on objects just 2.5 meters away, letting you carry out detailed observing even at very close range. Whether on holiday, in the mountains, hiking, animal and nature watching or for sports action, the 10x42s are always there for you!

The high-quality, fully multi-coated optics employ Barium Crown glass (BaK-4) which minimizes reflections and gives high light transmission. Additional features of these quality optics are their high colour-neutrality, excellent contrast, and a sharp image over the entire field of view. The binoculars are watertight down to a depth of one meter and are nitrogen-filled to prevent misting up the interior optical surfaces and the ingress of dirt. The large central focusing knob, large interpupillary distance provided and twist-up eyecups for spectacle wearers ensure quick, comfortable operation along with pure observing pleasure!

The Everest binoculars are also provided with a tripod connecter thread as standard, meaning mounting onto a commercially available (camera) tripod with a DIN connection thread is problem-free.
